Time Management Strategies that Work

Do you often feel like you have too many balls in the air and worry things may fall through the cracks? Do you crave feeling more proactive but constantly feel like you must deal with the most urgent task? Do ‘to-do lists’ stress you out because they always seem to go off the rails? Do you struggle to give yourself permission to relax at the end of the day? Do you want to prioritize more time for yourself or with family but often find that time disappears? This course is for you. It is a hands-on, interactive, immediately applicable course – the goal is for you to leave knowing exactly how to apply this to your own life in a meaningful way.

  • Understand how to pre-decide ‘enough’ and why doing do drastically changes how we emotionally experience our days.

  • Understanding the brain science behind perfectionism, procrastination, and typical pitfalls when it comes to aligning our time with our values.
  • Explore your relationship to rest and relaxation, and what it reveals about your relationship to productivity.
